Kevin Cradock Builders Earns 2024 Best of Boston Home Honors for Historic Renovation Specialist

Kevin Cradock Builders has won a 2024 Best of Boston Home award for Historic Renovation Specialist. This is the third time that KCB has been honored and the second consecutive year being named Best of Boston Home. From the editors of Boston Home:

A lifelong resident of Jamaica Plain, Cradock - who launched his firm more than 25 years ago - grew up being amazed by the antique architecture in his neighborhood. KCB has a long history of renovating, restoring, and preserving older homes throughout Boston and beyond. They have been working on a historic home in Marion, uncovering all sorts of fascinating building techniques from a century ago. Other historic projects include work on a landmark home in Brookline that included restoration of the conservatory, as well as restoring the kitchen at the historic Loring Greenough House in Jamaica Plain.
