The transformation of this four-story home on “the flat of Beacon Hill” included moving the kitchen back to its original location and restoring the gracious dining room on the first floor. The house has all new bathrooms, millwork, and HVAC systems. The lower level leads to a parking court in the rear while the top floor opens to a deck overlooking the city.
