“Kevin Cradock Builders does beautiful work, and our architect’s vision was perfectly executed in the final product. Our house is in a densely populated neighborhood and our street was under construction during the renovation. This brought about logistical obstacles (like how to get materials to the house when the road is ripped up), and only more obstacles when COVID hit in the middle of the renovation. That said, at any point, Kevin was available to discuss our project and how to navigate the issues as they arose. We valued the use of “connected” platforms that brought visibility into the project phases and allowed us to track the project status through daily posted photos.
