KCB Wins Three Gold 2023 PRO Awards

Kevin Cradock Builders took home three Gold trophies at the 2023 PRO Awards at Clarke Showroom in Milford on Wednesday, May 10th. The team won Gold in the Residential Kitchen Over $250,000 category for The Bijou in Brookline, Gold in the Residential Historical Renovation/Restoration category for The Queen Anne in Brookline, and Entire House over $1 Million for The Midcentury in Lincoln.

One of the best moments of the night came when the Trades Up Scholarship winners were announced. KCB co-op student, Edras Alvarez, was selected as one of the two recipients of a $1500 prize and a new set of tools. With graduation looming, Edras was considering whether he would accept a position and stay with the apprentice program at KCB or move on to a role in commercial construction. He let everyone know at the PRO Awards that he plans to stay at Kevin Cradock Builders.

“It takes the entire team at KCB to earn these awards and I’m very proud of all of the hard work that everyone does,” Kevin said. “It is an honor to be recognized by our peers.” Project managers Jed Orsini and Zach Southwick celebrated their project recognition along with Project Coordinator Sarah Hudson.
