Embracing the Art of Indoor-Outdoor Living: KCB at the Modern Living Symposium
Kevin Cradock Builders participated in the second annual Modern Living Symposium in September at Auto Camp on Cape Cod. As a member of the Planning Council, Kevin had an opportunity to work with the organizers and sponsors early in the process.
The two-day event was held on Tuesday, September 17 and Wednesday, September 18 this year. The Tuesday Keynote was presented by Andrew Kline and Michael Luft Weissberg of Workshop APD. Additional presentations were made by Michael Oh, Jay Archer, Jon Bowman, Kathy Bush-Dutton, Jan Goodman, Melissa Gerstle, among others. Other events included a multitude of sessions with Learning Labs and roundtable discussions. Full group activities included the cocktail party, fireside chats, and breakfast and lunch on Day 2. Networking dinners in sponsored tents on Day 1 were intimate and fun.
Kevin led a roundtable discussion on day 2 with Sean Papich and Sally Weston, also members of the Planning Council. The topic was “Bridging the gap between architect, landscape architect, and builder (or general contractor).”
“Unique setting, quality networking, dinners, chatting around the campfire and amazing content, the Modern Living Symposium had it all. I highly encourage anyone in luxury residential construction to attend this event. Hopefully I'll see you at the next one!” Kevin said.
