2022 PRISM Awards Won by Kevin Cradock Builders

Kevin Cradock Builders won a 2022 Silver PRISM Award from BRAGB, the Greater Boston chapter of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) on Thursday, October 20th at the Boston Museum of Science. KCB was recognized by peers for The Sumner in the Best Kitchen Remodel over $200,000 category. Kevin Cradock thanked his team, vendors, industry partners, and of course, the wonderful client who made it possible.

The renovation of the historic Sumner house in Jamaica Plain touched every space, resulting in a beautifully restored home suitable for 21st century living. Custom cabinetry, deluxe backsplash tiles and appliances, and the carefully planned layout provide a fantastic kitchen for meal prep, clean-up zones, ample storage, and plenty of room for entertaining friends and family. Collaboration with the client proved to be a creative and rewarding experience.

We’re also pleased to announce that KCB Operations Manager, Nathan McBride, won a Gold PRISM Award for Most Valuable Team Member, Remodeler or Builder. Nate has been an integral part of the leadership team at KCB for several years, overseeing the project management teams and production. McBride recently worked with Kevin to launch the KCB Apprenticeship Program.

“Nate is the ultimate wing man. He offers so much that it’s hard to even know where to start. He runs our operations with precision and authority, while still being an approachable, supportive and nurturing leader. I’m proud to have him as a colleague and friend,” Kevin Cradock said.
